How long will my order take?
Each piece is handmade to order and ships within 5 business days. UK delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch, and international delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
Can I personalise this piece?
Yes. Many pieces can be personalised with chosen stones, engraving or heart initial charms. The options available will be shown on the product page before you add to basket.
Will it arrive gift ready?
Yes. Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to give as a gift. You can also send it directly to the recipient by using their address at checkout and I can add a handwritten note on request.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised jewellery is made especially for you, so it can’t be returned unless there is a fault. If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact me and I’ll help put it right.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Handmade in Rachel’s Cotswolds studio using recycled sterling silver, 14K gold filled and carefully sourced gemstones.
Each piece is made to order and finished by hand, making your jewellery beautifully unique.
RECYCLED STERLING SILVER
I use recycled 925 sterling silver wherever possible. It has the same quality and beauty as newly mined silver, but with a lower environmental impact.
14K GOLD FILLED
14K gold filled is made with a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal. It is a high-quality alternative to solid gold and is much longer lasting than standard gold plating when cared for properly.
CAREFULLY SOURCED GEMSTONES
Each gemstone is chosen for its colour, meaning and natural beauty. As gemstones are natural, small variations in colour and pattern are part of what makes each piece unique.
