Choose the two stones that mean the most to you. These could be birthstones, anniversary stones, favourite colours or stones that represent two special people.

You can also add engraving to the back of the pendant, up to 25 characters.

Heart initial charms can be added for children’s initials, a partner’s initial or extra family meaning.

Each necklace is handmade to order and ships within 5 business days.

UK delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

USA delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

USA customs charges are included, so there should be no surprise customs fee on arrival.

Personalised jewellery is made especially for you, so I’m unable to accept returns on personalised or custom pieces unless there is a fault.

Each piece is handmade by Rachel in her Cotswolds studio, using recycled sterling silver and carefully sourced gemstones wherever possible.

Because every necklace is made by hand using natural gemstones, each piece will have its own subtle variations. This is part of what makes your jewellery unique.

Rachel also recycled packaging where possible.

Can I choose any birthstones?

Yes. You can choose the two stones that mean the most to you. These can be birthstones, anniversary stones or colours you love.


Can I add engraving?

Yes. Engraving can be added to the back of the pendant, up to 25 characters.


Can I add heart initial charms?

Yes. Heart initial charms can be added to make the necklace even more personal.


What length is the chain?

The necklace comes with a classic 18” chain as standard.


Will it arrive gift ready?

Yes. Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to give as a gift.


What if I need it quickly?
