Handmade in Rachel's Cotswolds studio, each necklace is personalised with your chosen birthstones and engraving to create a one-of-a-kind piece that will be treasured for years to come.

PERSONALISATION

Choose the two stones that mean the most to you. These could be birthstones, anniversary stones, favourite colours or stones that represent two special people.

You can also add engraving to the back of the pendant, up to 25 characters.

Heart initial charms can be added for children’s initials, a partner’s initial or extra family meaning.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Each necklace is handmade to order and ships within 5 business days.

UK delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

USA delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

USA customs charges are included, so there should be no surprise customs fee on arrival.

Personalised jewellery is made especially for you, so I’m unable to accept returns on personalised or custom pieces unless there is a fault.

If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact me and I’ll help put it right.
SUSTAINABILITY

Each piece is handmade by Rachel in her Cotswolds studio, using recycled sterling silver and carefully sourced gemstones wherever possible.

Because every necklace is made by hand using natural gemstones, each piece will have its own subtle variations. This is part of what makes your jewellery unique.

Rachel also recycled packaging where possible.

Can I choose any birthstones?

Yes. You can choose the two stones that mean the most to you. These can be birthstones, anniversary stones or colours you love.


Can I add engraving?

Yes. Engraving can be added to the back of the pendant, up to 25 characters.


Can I add heart initial charms?

Yes. Heart initial charms can be added to make the necklace even more personal.


What length is the chain?

The necklace comes with a classic 18” chain as standard.


Will it arrive gift ready?

Yes. Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to give as a gift.


What if I need it quickly?

Please message me before ordering if you need your necklace by a specific date. I’ll always do my best to help where I can.

Can I personalise this piece?

Yes. Many pieces can be personalised with chosen stones, engraving or heart initial charms. The options available will be shown on the product page before you add to basket.
Will it arrive gift ready?

Yes. Your jewellery will arrive beautifully packaged and ready to give as a gift. You can also send it directly to the recipient by using their address at checkout and I can add a handwritten note on request.
Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised jewellery is made especially for you, so it can’t be returned unless there is a fault. If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact me and I’ll help put it right.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Handmade in Rachel’s Cotswolds studio using recycled sterling silver, 14K gold filled and carefully sourced gemstones.

Each piece is made to order and finished by hand, making your jewellery beautifully unique.

RECYCLED STERLING SILVER

I use recycled 925 sterling silver wherever possible. It has the same quality and beauty as newly mined silver, but with a lower environmental impact.
14K GOLD FILLED

14K gold filled is made with a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal. It is a high-quality alternative to solid gold and is much longer lasting than standard gold plating when cared for properly.
CAREFULLY SOURCED GEMSTONES

Each gemstone is chosen for its colour, meaning and natural beauty. As gemstones are natural, small variations in colour and pattern are part of what makes each piece unique.

Every piece is made especially for you, with your chosen stones and personalisation details added by hand.

I received a beautiful '3 peas in a pod' birthstone necklace for my 60th birthday this year, chosen by my daughter. It is beautiful, high quality and unusual, a real talking-point. So, having asked my daughter where she got my necklace, last week I ordered from Rachel a pair of '2 peas in a pod' earrings for my sister-in-law's 60th birthday, with two different stones in each earring - 1 each for my sister-in-law's birth month, her brother (my husband) and their parents. I contacted Rachel beforehand through her Etsy page and she replied with a very helpful message the next day. I received my order safely through the post within a few days, despite all the limitations Covid is causing. The earrings are lovely, and I'm sure my sister-in-law will be equally as delighted with them as I am with my necklace. I am very pleased to be able to support a small craft business, especially as Rachel is based in Bristol, which is where I used to live. I highly recommend Rachel, both for the quality of her items and for her customer service.
